All bedrooms have exterior balconies that provide plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience. The apartment also offers air conditioning in every room, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The main bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed; the second bedroom has three bunk beds and an extra bed; and the third bedroom includes one bunk bed. Altogether, the apartment can accommodate up to 14 guests using the sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the very heart of Madrid, just 30 meters from Puerta del Sol, it offers an unbeatable location to enjoy the city. Many of Madrid’s main attractions, tapas bars, shops and landmarks are just a short walk away. Sol metro and train station is only one minute away, providing easy access to the entire city.
The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Hot water is provided through electric water heaters; if several guests shower consecutively, you may need to wait a little while for the tank to recharge.

Although check-in is available from 3:00 PM, we offer luggage storage from 11:30 AM while the apartment is being prepared. For check-out, we can recommend several nearby places where you can leave your luggage for the whole day at a very affordable price.
