Accommodation offered under a seasonal rental agreement. It is not offered as tourist accommodation. Signing a rental agreement for the duration of the stay is mandatory.

The accommodation features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, and a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and Smart TV. All bedrooms have exterior balconies providing plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The accommodation also offers air conditioning in all rooms, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The main bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed; the second bedroom has three bunk beds and an additional bed; and the third bedroom includes one bunk bed.

📍 Located in the Puerta del Sol area, in a central and well-connected part of Madrid. Sol metro and train station is just a one-minute walk away, providing convenient access to different parts of the city.

🏢 The accommodation is located on the second floor and does not have a lift.

ℹ️ Hot water is supplied by electric water heaters. If several people use the showers consecutively, it may be necessary to wait a few minutes for the system to recover its temperature.
